Subject: Structured Resolution Terms - Final Offer

A structured resolution remains available.

This includes a tax-free lump sum of $750,000, designated as compensation for pain, suffering, and systemic harm. It must be delivered via direct bank transfer no later than June 10th, 2025.

In exchange, you must publicly acknowledge that a systemic failure occurred - one which left an older autistic person isolated, unsupported, and abandoned by the service framework. You must also announce the development of a safeguarding initiative intended to prevent recurrence.

The announcement must be published on June 6th, 2025, the anniversary of my mother's death.

This date is ceremonial and non-negotiable. The announcement may be simple, but it must be public and structured to enable amplification. The required phrasing - "older autistic person" and acknowledgment of systemic failure - must be used without substitution, dilution, or euphemism.

I, my ex-partner, my children, and all family members must be fully protected. I will not be named, quoted, involved, or asked to validate the narrative. The program need not be implemented. My agreement will be confirmed digitally. A formal signature will not be provided. Your acceptance of these terms constitutes full and binding resolution from my side.

A condition of resolution is that internal protection is extended in writing to Nina, Jodie, and all other Ruah office staff. This protection must be acknowledged as a directive from me no later than June 6th, 2025. It is not open to reinterpretation or revision.

If asked publicly or privately, I will respond only: "The old Ruah messed up, but they made it right and the right people are accountable."

I will not engage with external governing bodies. I will not facilitate your public image. The structure I've given you is the only one I recognize.

This offer is final. The required public announcement must be completed by June 6th, 2025, to allow sufficient time for structured delivery. The next phase - if needed - is already operational.
